Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness believes that Steve Cooper will have to “work his magic” at Leicester as his lack of January spending power has been revealed., the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – revealed the Foxes won’t have much money to splash in the upcoming transfer window.
