The former Ibrox striker feels the Englishman is still the right man for the job.
Rangers hero Kenny Miller has backed Michael Beale to turn things around at Ibrox, stating he can"absolutely recover" the current situation.
The Light Blues currently find themselves four points adrift of Celtic in the Scottish Premiership after their recent derby defeat. Pressure has been growing on Beale after the club were also knocked out of the Champions League by PSV Eindhoven., he said:"He can absolutely recover. I understand the outcry and frustrations.
"It is there for all to see when things are not going as well as everyone would like but the only way you can turn it is by winning games."The performances need to improve and the personnel within that need to improve. It is not just the manager. "I get he has the responsibility with the signings but it is also up to the individuals on the field to take the responsibility and perform."I understand the frustrations of fans but stability and continuity also, for me, gives you a better chance of achieving success."Only time will tell if Michael is the right man for the job going forward but he definitely deserves the best possible chance to let it develop and get better.
