Nick Kyrgios has bragged about his talent on the court in a tongue in cheek dig at Alex de Minaur who crashed out of the Australian Open overnight at the hands of Novak Djokovic.

De Minaur met the Serbian in the fourth round of the Australian Open on Monday night and was disposed of in ruthless fashion, going down 6-2, 6-1, 6-2 in just over two hours.

“Watching Novak tonight makes me feel good about my tennis in general. How have I beaten this guy,” Kyrgios tweeted with a laughing emoji. Fellow Australian John Millman, who was knocked out of the tournament in the second round, was slightly more humble in a reply to the tweet.Kyrgios was not the only one to comment on Djokovic’s ruthless display with several commentators marvelling at the ease at which he was able to run de Minaur around the court.
