Sadiq Khan is on course for an historic third term as London mayor as the Labour candidate took a comfortable lead with votes declared from over half the 14 constituencies.
In the second constituency to declare, Merton and Wandsworth, Mr Khan received 84,725 and Susan Hall 50,976. Conservative Susan Hall won Brent and Harrow, and Bexley and Bromley - each in outer London - a result which may have been influenced by the controversial expansion of the pollution charge, ULEZ.25 members of the London AssemblyThe final result is expected to be declared later today. The mayoral candidates have been told to arrive at City Hall for 4.30pm, officials say.
