Frank Lampard is back at Chelsea for a third time but will his fine list return as well?
The biggest charge came if they were late at the start of training, which would set back the guilty party a whopping £20,000. The list was leaked in Lampard’s first season in charge when Chelsea were under a transfer embargo and had lost talisman Eden Hazard.
