Scotcrest Uniforms, which supplies skirts and pinafores to primary and secondary schools, took to social media to let parents know that 'all outstanding stock' has been lost in a blaze.

School children across North and South Lanarkshire face being left without uniforms for the start of the new term after a blaze destroyed a manufacturer's factory.
