There are 19 Wetherspoons across Lancashire, and we've taken a look at each one's food hygiene rating, as well as how they rate in the three individual categories assessed in the inspection, just so you can decide if your local 'Spoons is up to scratch before you part with your cash.
Inspectors also look at any systems or checks in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat, evidence that staff know about food safety, and the food safety officer has confidence that standards will be maintained in future. These are then rated from 'very good' to 'urgent improvement required'. These ratings then determine the overall score given to the establishment.
