Laura Whitmore says Strictly bosses 'forced her to spend 12 hours a day with her dance partner'
Laura Whitmore has laid into Strictly Come Dancing bosses, claiming they forced her to spend up to 12 hours a day with her dance partner Giovanni Pernice, 29, back in 2016.
Speaking to hosts Jamie Laing and Francis Boulle, who both rose to fame on the hit E4 show Made In Chelsea, she explained: "What I didn't like was being removed from everybody and having to spend 12 hours a day with this one person."I did not want to play the game of doing red carpets with your dance partner and stuff like that, which a lot of people thought you should be doing. I did not want to do that.
View gallery Laura, who recently revealed she made the first move on Iain, went on to gush over her other half as the TV presenter admitted that being in isolation has made her realise just how much she likes him. "I was a bit worried about how much time we would spend together but what I have discovered is that I quite like my boyfriend. I have worked that out. It is such a relief as I was not sure which way it was going to go.
