'Sometimes I think we all expect extraordinary things from her and don't get them. But tonight, she was unplayable.' Asked if she enjoys the challenge of working with James, Hayes replied: 'Not when I get a phone call at 11pm at night and I've got my head on the pillow! 'She doesn't always understand her boundaries with certain situations. If she wants something, she can be extremely demanding.
