Inside Leeds puppy cuddle party as shoppers 'boost their wellness'
Shoppers have been enjoyed cuddling puppies as part of a wellness event in Leeds.for over four hours of cuddles as part of 'Boost Wellness Day' on Wednesday, October 18. Proven to reduce stress and boost happy hormones, the team of superhero canines were on hand for all to enjoy a good cuddle, bringing down your cortisol levels and boosting that love hormone, oxytocin.
Jo Coburn, Senior General Manager at Victoria Leeds, said:"We’re so excited to bring back our focus on autumn wellness. As we move into the darker, colder months of the year, it’s more important than ever to prioritise self-care. "This event is rooted in finding the feel-good in every day, designed to offer plenty of mood-boosting activities and expert advice - as well as working to demystify the taboos around menopause.
