Leeds United remain on the lookout for new additions in the summer transfer window
Leeds United must make "four to six signings" before the closure of the transfer window if they are to be considered genuine promotion contenders this season. That is the opinion of former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour with just one week remaining until the window closes.
His arrival has raised spirits around Elland Road following the sales of Crysencio Summerville and Georginio Rutter to West Ham United and Brighton and Hove Albion respectively. United had gone over a month without making a signing prior to securing Ramazani's services. Whites manager Daniel Farke has made no secret of the fact he wants to bring in another full-back, central midfielder and forward to increase the options at his disposal. Speaking on talkSPORT today, Parlour said: “They’ve lost some big players, haven’t they? They’ve got big money for them, but they probably need at least four players to come in now, maybe four to six players even.
“It’s a make-or-break season for Leeds. They’ve got some good teams in that division, so you can’t stand still – and if you lose your best players, you’ve got to replace them.”
