The 14-year-old was well known to police
A 14-year-old boy from Lincoln has been handed a two-month custodial sentence due to his persistent defiance of a Criminal Behaviour Order .The teenager, whose identity is protected by law, was initially arrested in March on suspicion of a public order offence. This followed an altercation on Lincoln's High Street, during which he brandished a knife and attempted to attack another youth.
The CBO imposed specific restrictions on the boy, including limitations on his movements and associations. The most recent violation occurred yesterday when he was apprehended for associating with a person he was prohibited from interacting with.
