A thick blanket of fog is covering the region on Boxing Day

Flights are arriving and departing from the airport later than scheduled. The disruption is said to have been caused by weather conditions. Oldham Athletic have also been forced to postpone their National League clash with York.

According to traffic monitoring service INRIX, arrivals are delayed by up to 50 minutes with departures being delayed by up to an hour.
