A lane is closed near junction 28 of the M62 with heavy queues on the motorwa
National Highways Yorkshire said lanes remained shut while recovery of the HGV involved in a collision earlier was in progress. As of 3.25pm, there was 30 minutes of delays on approach.
"Lane 1 of is closed on the #M62 east J28 - J29 to recover an HGV involved in an earlier collision. #TrafficOfficers and recovery agents are working to reopen the lanes ASAP.
