LIVE: Long traffic delays on M60 as lanes closed after 'defect' - latest updates
The two lanes are currently shut on the anticlockwise carriageway near junction 13 for Worsley. This is due to an 'infrastructure defect', National Highways said.
According to traffic alert service Inrix, emergency pot hole repairs are being carried out on the scene.
