Markos Malone, owner of a salon in Liverpool, is recovering after his shop was burglarized. Thieves stole thousands of pounds worth of equipment and damaged the windows. Despite the setback, Malone remains optimistic and plans to reopen his doors soon.
A Liverpool salon owner has said his shop will come back “stronger than ever” after being burgled. Markos Malone, who lives in Croxteth , had a “shock to the system” when he arrived at his place of work just off Rathbone Road, near Edge Lane, on Sunday, January 19. Markos found his shop windows had been smashed, and equipment had been stolen, with the burglars having made several trips in and out of the shop with products before the alarm was raised.
” The ECHO previously reported on how Markos made his venue a community space for many in the area. The shop, which is named after himself, comes complete with the standard items you would expect a hairdresser to have, including scissors, razors, old-fashioned barber caps and combs.
