The application of the team of presidential candidate and Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso to hold a motorcade in Caloocan City was denied on Monday, Feb. 28.In a letter, the city government said the request was denied as the “identified routes in the letter involve major thoroughfares of Metro Manila which are under the jurisdiction of the Metro Manila Development Authority [MMDA]”.

“Tumawag kami sa MMDA. Eh ‘yun pala nasabihan na nila yung MMDA ng city of administrator na binawi na yung permit dahil nagkaka-traffic daw ,” he said.
