A show home has been launched at a Watford development of more than 1,000 properties.
The Eight Gardens’ developer Berkeley is now offering prospective buyers an opportunity to see how the apartments will look inside in its massive development.
“This project represents a unique opportunity to invest in Watford's future while generating attractive rental income. The show home has been decorated with artwork celebrating the area from Croxley Green artist Lou Winwood. “My work is being showcased in a beautiful, modern interior. It was a pleasure to research in depth the history, nature and personalities that inspired the work and that make Watford a great place to call home.”
