Wellington is getting into the Valentine’s mood with a new scheme running for the next few weeks.
Businesses throughout the town are taking part in an initiative encouraging customers to show appreciation of their local retailers.
She explained: “Customers are being asked to get a picture of themselves at the business, holding a Love Wellington Valentine’s card, and then send us the photograph with the reason why they really value the service they receive from this local Wellington business. All those participating will be entered into a draw to win a £50 voucher for a romantic Valentine’s meal for two at either The Orange House Spanish Tapas restaurant or the newly opened Italian The Brothers which opened just before Christmas .
