Ron Hall has returned to the Love Island All Stars villa, hoping to find love again. The 27-year-old, who finished second on ITV2's Love Island with Lana Jenkins , is determined to recreate his past success. He admitted, 'I know it works from last time, I was a success story from it, I found love. Obviously it didn't last, but, if it can happen again, great.' Despite their attempts to keep the romance alive after the show, Ron and Lana called it quits just three months later.
As Ron entered the South African villa as a bombshell contestant, Lana couldn't resist sharing her reaction. At the same time Ron entered, she posted an Instagram selfie with a facepalming expression, captioned 'Stop it right now.'Teaming up with fellow bombshell Grace Jackson, Ron plans to take a different approach this time. He declared, 'I'm going to care less about people's opinions,' and vowed to be more outspoken: 'I'm going to care less if people are talking about me behind my back. I will say my piece on it. I'm not going to bite my tongue as much as I did last time.' He added, 'I had Lana by my side and I didn't want to put her in that position. I was very respectful of that. But I will say my piece to someone if they need to be put in their place.'Undeterred by his past relationship, Ron expressed confidence in his ability to charm a new partner, stating, 'I'm just the same lovely bloke I was last time, I genuinely am. I might be a bit cocky, but I am just a really nice bloke. I think people saw that I am one of the good ones.' Reports suggest that Ron and Lana put a lot of effort into their romance before deciding to separate. Just two months before their break-up, they spoke affectionately about their bond in an exclusive interview with the Mirror. They remained inseparable after leaving the villa, but also acknowledged their individual ambitions, particularly regarding their living arrangements. Lana shared, 'We've only had about four or five days apart but I think we're just taking it slow.' She added, 'We each want to buy a house by ourselves first and then we can share houses.' Ron agreed, saying, 'I think we'll do it like a normal couple. We'll each have our own space and our own bases and then move in together when it's that natural development.' However, by July 2023, reports surfaced that Ron caused a scene at an ITV summer party after being escorted out for yelling at Lana. It was said that seeing his ex unexpectedly left him 'visibly upset' following their break-up.
