WES Nelson has revealed the real reason for undergoing a "six month fitness journey" after recently showing off his new body.The Barcelona hitmaker, 26, said he has cut back on alcohol and has quit nicotine in a bid to life a healthier lifestyle.said: "It's been about six months or longer than that - it's habits that I've been building over the past year or two.
"Every so often when I feel ready, there is no time limit to it, I don't stick to a weekly plan. I just go 'I'll knock that on the head. I won't do that any more', I keep it simple." "I think everyday should be your New Year, just start it now, there's nothing stopping you from starting right now. But if it is New Year, just do a little more and be a little cleaner - don't put pressures and time limit on it.
"I think this whole tour and working on the new song Yellow, has given me a breath of fresh air in terms of how I want to move forward with my career. I want to be a rock star, I started wearing flares on this tour.
