Seb O’Halloran, an 18-year-old man from Irymple in Victoria’s far north-west, was found with a stab wound after emergency services were called to a home on Limpidi Drive in Mildura about 1.05am.Victoria Police said a 17-year-old Mildura girl and 18-year-old Mildura man were assisting homicide squad detectives investigating the incident.
“The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined but parties involved are known to each other,” police said in a statement.“But also the kindest most caring person to be around at the same time. He never had nothing but time for his mates, a near perfect person,” he said.“No measurement of time with you could ever of been enough,” Woulfe wrote on Instagram.Damon Burke said his brotherhood with O’Halloran was something he would cherish for eternity.
“Thank you for always being my big brother and looking out for me. You taught me some life lessons I’ll hold dearly. I’ll forever be grateful I met you,” he said.“ forever cherish the moments we spent together.
