Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo rubbed shoulders with royalty as they attended the Blenheim Ball, alongside Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. The ball, which is held every year, is in aid of the children's charity Starlight.
Elsewhere, former Made in Chelsea stars Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo glammed up as they walked the red carpet, with Sophie donning a black floor-length gown, while Jamie opted for a classic black suit and bow tie. Meanwhile Jamie's appearance comes after he received an influx of criticism after it was announced that he would be joining Radio 1's Going Home to replace Jordan North following his move to from the BBC to Capital FM. After the news was announced, some listeners were quick to suggest that Jamie only got the role due to his celebrity status.
"I am posh. My parents sent me to a private school, I had no choice in that, they sent me there and it's the cross that I bear. I know in myself that I'm a hardworking and kind individual, so it doesn't really bother me if I'm totally honest. I am posh and I can't change it."
