Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao on Saturday will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the trough of the LPA and shear line.
At 3 a.m. on Saturday, a Low Pressure Area was estimated at 1,000 kilometers east of Southeastern Mindanao as the effects of the northeast monsoon will be felt in parts of Luzon, PAGASA reported.
Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the trough of the LPA and shear line with possible flooding or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact. The wind speed forecast for the entire country is moderate to strong moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
