Georges was carrying out the exercises during a live stream on his 30th birthday – two days before the couple got married. After explaining this to Peggy on their honeymoon, the couple clashed, and Georges has since found it difficult to justify his actions online to his wife. Georges said he found her comments 'unfair' and privately confessed: 'I feel like sometimes I'm not good enough for Peggy. Just take me as I am.'
Make her own opinion: After speaking to the other girls in the experiment, Peggy decided that she needed to watch the squatting video for herself 'Why you need to do this? If that is what you really want to do, you'll be doing it without me. That is not funny.' Viewers watching at home were angered by her response, calling her 'outrageously judgemental' and 'jarring' by her intense reaction, with many arguing that the video was 'tame' and not a big deal.
A third added: 'How is Peggy still going on about something that Georges used to do before he even knew she existed? He has said he understands how it wouldn’t be appropriate in a relationship and won’t do it again, what else is to be said? He’s right, she is so outrageously judgemental.' An eighth said: 'Omg he squatted on a livestream. Why is she acting like he murdered someone' while someone else added: 'Peggy is driving me crazy, you weren't together. He said he wouldn't do anything in the future that would make her uncomfortable, what more does she need?'
