Officers in Southport have issued an update on children injured in the Southport stabbings
Merseyside Police have announced a significant health update concerning the youngsters injured in the Southport stabbing horror.
Her family has shown immense appreciation for the medical teams by saying: "We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Royal Manchester Children's Hospital for their unwavering support and the extraordinary care they provided to our beloved daughter during this challenging time." "We are immensely grateful to the officers who stood by our daughter's side, providing assistance and support until she was safely transported to the hospital."
Opening the inquest at Sefton Coroner's Court on Tuesday, August 7, coroner's officer James Martindale said: "On Monday July 29, shortly before 10am, a group of 26 children, including Elsie, attended a dance yoga studio at Northwood Business Park, 32-34 Hart Street, Southport, for an organised dance party."
