Christine Betancourt claims her estranged husband Jeremy Eminhizer filed a missing person's report for their daughter Shea when he knew her whereabouts.
A 3-year-old girl reported missing from South Miami has been safely located -- but her mother claims there was never any mystery about her whereabouts.The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued a Missing Child Alert for Shea Eminhizer on Saturday night, stating she could be with her mom, Christine Betancourt, 41, who was considered 'armed and dangerous.
She's never even possessed a firearm. So the report was false. The father knew that she was going on vacation.'Betancourt added that Eminhizer filed the missing child's report 'to force me into this situation and to punish me.'Eminhizer, who refused to comment on abuse allegations, told 7 News Miami, 'I'm just thankful to have her home. She's safe and I'm happy to have her home with her family.
