San Diego police gather on Zola Street near Chatsworth Boulevard as they investigate a fatal shooting in the area Wednesday afternoon. Two people died and a third was injured in the incident. The 60-year-old man accused of opening fire at the Point Loma home he shared with his mother Wednesday, injuring her and killing two others, was being held on charges of murder and attempted murder, investigators said Thursday.
Bushey is being held without bail at San Diego Central Jail. It was not immediately clear when he would be arraigned. Bushey was also outside the front of the home and he was taken into custody without incident, the homicide lieutenant said.
