The 42 year old was arrested by officers from the PSNI's terrorism investigation unit.
A man has been arrested in County Fermanagh after a suspected improvised explosive device was found in a house in County Louth.The device was found by Gardaí during a search of the Ravensdale area in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The man was arrested under the Terrorism Act and was taken to the serious crime suite at Musgrave police station for questioning.
