A 31-year-old man has been charged with attempted grievous bodily harm and other offenses following the stabbing of Tiernan Rooney in West Belfast. "He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 29th January. As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
