He is also charged with possession with the intent to supply a class a drug and acquiring, using, or having £3,000 in criminal cash in Sutton on November 30.
According to the charges, he did not have a firearm certificate when he conspired to possess the guns. Wilson appeared in Bromley Magistrates’ Court on December 2, following which the case was sent for trial at Croydon Crown Court. He was initially remanded into custody and set to appear on January 4, but the case has since been transferred to Harrow Crown Court on January 18, when he will appear for plea and trial preparation.
