Damian Groff , 46, turned himself into Lower Allen Township Police on June 6 after allegedly exposing himself to a 13-year-old on FaceTime.
The juvenile and her mother were interviewed by police where it was discovered that Groff prompted sexual conversations with the victim in 2023. Authorities say that after the conversation was ended, Groff sent several text messages apologizing to the victim, saying, “Oh, ok, I wasn’t trying to make you feel uncomfortable, so if I did, then my bad.”
