At 12:35 p.m. May 29, a woman, 57, who lives in the 2000 block of Warrensville Center Road, reported that her 57-year-old husband had strangled her during an argument and left the area.
At 10:30 a.m. May 24, dispatch took a report of a woman stealing food from Heinen’s grocery store, 16611 Chagrin Blvd. Officers learned that the driver, a Cleveland man, 39, was wanted for traffic violations by the Ohio Highway Patrol. Officers confirmed the warrant. Upon arrival, officers learned that a 27-year-old Shaker Heights woman had assaulted her 29-year-old live-in boyfriend.Shots fired: Warrensville Center Road
The suspects fled the area. Officers summoned medical transport and searched for the suspects, who were not apprehended.At 11:55 p.m. May 26, officers were dispatched to the 18000 block of Newell Road to investigate a disturbance. Officers learned that a Shaker Heights man, 46, had assaulted his 44-year-old wife and left the scene.
