It’s understood an altercation happened on the street before William staggered inside the Burnbank Centre. It came just shortly after the area was busy with young children leaving primary school.
Members of the public are being asked to avoid the area. Images from the scene on Tuesday morning show the area taped off. The large cordon is surrounded by multiple emergency service vehicles.
