Airport bosses have said it could be the busiest half term on record
In a new update, airport bosses said the late May half-term is "always a busy week" but that this one is set to be busier than ever, with a record-breaking week expected. The most popular destinations are set to be Dublin, Amsterdam, Mallorca, Dubai, Tenerife and Malaga, as well as Antalya and Dalaman in Turkey.
Travellers should, airport bosses have said, plan their journey to the airport in advance, and this includes checking traffic before setting off. If using public transport you should check for any delays or cancellations.
