The first ever sauna and ice bath café in Manchester will be opening its doors to punters next month. Kontrast will see the blend of high-tech saunas, ice baths, yoga with snacks, juices, teas and coffee all in one place.

Kontrast will also be open late into the evenings for night-time sessions. Visitors can choose between 60-minute off-peak sessions, priced at £10, or 90-minute peak sessions, at £17. Memberships and class bundles will also be available.
