According to the Presidential Communications Office, Marcos appointed former Masbate vice governor Vicente Homer Revil as the acting administrator of the LWUA. | DYGalvezINQ

Marcos also appointed lawyer Jovy Bernabe as an acting member of the board of trustees of the LWUA.

Bernabe, who served as the president of the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation, was also appointed on Feb 6.
