Club legend Ruud van Nistelrooy is already making his presence felt back at Manchester United after returning to the club as one of Erik ten Hag's assistant managers
With 18 years having passed since his departure from Manchester United, Ruud van Nistelrooy is looking to deliver success once again at Old Trafford.
Van Nistelrooy, 48, seems to have already re-established himself and was spotted encouraging Marcus Rashford following a glaring miss in the Community Shield loss to Manchester City. Back-up goalkeeper Tom Heaton has also spoken highly of Van Nistelrooy's impact and dubbed his coaching "outstanding" soon after his arrival, noting his surprise input on defensive structures in particular.
