The latest Nottingham Forest news as the club owner has sent a letter to fans following the closure of the summer transfer window.
A letter to Nottingham Forest fans from the club’s owner Evangelos Marinakis has prompted a response on social media, with supporters full of praise.
The Reds completed the signings of seven new players in the final 24 hours of the market. Nuno Tavares, Nicolas Dominguez, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Odisseas Vlachodimos, Ibrahim Sangare, Divock Origi and Andrew Omobamidele were all signed on deadline day as part of a ‘very clear and well calculated’ plan.
“He is the ultimate young professional and his contributions to the club he loves have been enormous - helping us achieve promotion back to the Premier League and instrumental in helping us retain that status on the final home game of last season. In moving to Tottenham Hotspur he has also provided his boyhood club with the financial means to reinvest and continue to grow. “We thank him for being part of our family and giving so much of himself to us.
NG Two : Excellent letter you can't ask for more. Nice words & respect shown to Brennan as well and crediting him for helping us invest in new players.
