Money Saving Expert founder Martin Lewis has revealed how bank account holders could be £3,000 better off
Martin Lewis , the financial guru behind Money Saving Expert , has highlighted a lucrative tip for bank customers that could see them pocketing a staggering £3,000. On his BBC Sounds podcast, Mr Lewis detailed the strategy in the latest edition of the MSE newsletter.
He also shared a success story to illustrate the potential benefits: "And to show you how well it can work .", reports Birmingham Live.Simon emailed MSE to say: "Over 12 months my wife and I undertook 10 bank switches, managed our spending through stoozing, and made sure we used cashback sites for purchases."
Currently, Santander is leading the pack with an enticing offer that includes a free £175, along with 7% easy-access savings, 1% bills cashback, and a top-notch overseas debit card. Those who switch to the Edge account, which has a monthly fee of £3, will benefit from dual cashback on both bills and groceries.
