A McDonald's employee has lifted the lid on a drive-thru customer habit that could lead to them being unintentionally ignored.
However, she was quick to note in her posts that it's all in good humour and not to be taken to heart. Elsewhere, an ex-employee from Burger King reflected on similar experiences: "I hated this working at Burger King especially when this customer be out there sitting there yelling soon as I put the headset on."
