Scott McTominay's goal helped Napoli defeat Fiorentina and take the lead in Serie A.
Scott McTominay scored his fourth goal of the season to help Napoli sweep aside Fiorentina and go top of Serie A. Antonio Conte's side replaced Atalanta at the summit, three points ahead but having played one game more.
