The show features 14 hopefuls from across the UK bidding to be cast as Sky and Sophie in the West End production of Mamma Mia
25-year-old Owen is one of 14 talented hopefuls from across the UK looking for an opportunity to be cast as Sky and Sophie in the West End's production of Mamma Mia.
He said: "I absolutely fell in love and I just knew that was what I wanted to do. A couple of years passed, and I kept up with singing lessons and did some classical and musical theatre and school musicals. As for his favourite ABBA song, he said it had to be Voluez-Vous due to it being "one of the best anthems ever," however, he said he finds himself relating to a different song from the group.
As for what being part of the show means for him, Owen said: The ten-year-old boy who was scared to tell his mates in his classroom that he’d seen MAMMA MIA! three times at the cinema would be beside himself! It means the world.
