The Met Office has issued a two-day yellow weather warning for heavy rain for parts of England
Residents across England and Wales are being advised to urgently stockpile six essential items following a severe weather alert from the Met Office.
The Met Office has cautioned: "Heavy showers, perhaps thundery, are possible in places on Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Spray and sudden flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures" This critical warning is set to commence at 9pm on Wednesday, September 4, and will remain in effect until 9am on Thursday, September 5. Additionally, the Met Office has issued vital recommendations for residents to brace themselves for the impending heavy rain and potential floods.
