The MICHELIN Guide will debut in Texas, highlighting the state's diverse culinary scene across Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.
Houston’s culinary scene is about to shine on the global stage as the MICHELIN Guide announces its highly anticipated debut in Texas, bringing its prestigious star ratings to the diverse and dynamic food culture of the Lone Star State.
In collaboration with Travel Texas, Texas has become the eleventh North American destination to feature in the renowned guide.“The Texas culinary scene has proven to be an exhilarating one, with multicultural influences, homegrown ingredients, and talent that is rich in ambition,” says Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of The MICHELIN Guide.
Tim Fennell, director of Travel Texas, added, “The MICHELIN Guide Texas will illustrate to global travelers the culinary journey that’s waiting to be discovered in our state, featuring restaurants that embody our heritage and introducing innovative chefs and local artisans who are redefining our food scene. The introduction of the Guide will be a tremendous asset for Texas, promoting our rich and diverse food culture and elevating the restaurant scene to an international stage.

Each hotel is chosen for its exceptional style, service, and personality, with options to suit all budgets. Hotels can be booked directly through the MICHELIN Guide website or app.
