A former model, Jenn An, is suing Kanye West for alleged sexual assault on the set of a music video in 2010. An claims West choked her until she blacked out and engaged in other disturbing acts while describing the set as 'pornographic'.
Rapper Kanye West , now known as Ye, has been accused of sexually assaulting a model on the set of a music video in a federal lawsuit. America's Next Top Model alum Jenn An is suing West and Universal Music Group over an incident in 2010. An alleges that West choked her until she blacked out, describing the set as 'pornographic gagging' and 'BDSM fetishes'. She claims West directed her to sit on a chair before 'towering over' her, 'breaking heavily' and then 'smothering' her face.
An says this lasted over a minute, during which West screamed 'This is art. This is f***king art. I am like Picasso.' She further alleges that he then 'rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex.' An also claims that West wrapped his hand around her neck and continued to strangle her. She states that after dressing her in revealing lingerie, West said, 'That's why I chose you'. An also claims that La Roux witnessed 'upsetting, unsettling' behaviour on set. An alleges that 'high-profile figures' tried to 'bury' the incident. This lawsuit was filed after a previous one filed by West's former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who accused West of rape and drugging, alleging his wife Bianca Censori acted as his 'sex party coordinator'
