Police say the occupants of the runaway vehicle 'owe it to the victim's family' to hand themselves in.
Sergeant Joseph Barron described the crash as a"senseless incident".
Turning his focus to the occupants of the Amarok, he added:"They know very well they have questions to answer about their behaviour. Police have not publicly named the woman who died in the crash, but condolence messages from family and friends have since flooded Facebook.
