Ben Ross, 26, has not been seen since July 10 - several days after his mobile phone and wallet were stolen in a beach robbery.
Ben Ross, a trainee barrister from Wigan, has not been seen since July 10The mother of a trainee barrister missing on the Spanish island of Majorca has accused British police of 'failing' her son.
Mrs Robinson, claims she repeatedly tried to report him missing to Greater Manchester police, so they could alert Interpol and notify local officers to begin searching for him'It doesn't feel real,' she told MailOnline. Mrs Robinson said she had to start 'from scratch' with Spanish police and, while she waits for official searches to begin, is today visiting places near to where Ben was staying to look for him herself.
When no one called her back, she walked into her local police station on July 17 and refused to leave until an officer had taken a statement. She also made a formal complaint, which she claims was closed without any contact from GMP.
