Joe died in his mother's arms just two days after being born
Helen McStein's son, Joe Cooper died 17 years ago when he was born at 29 weeks. Despite the best efforts of the medical staff at Ormskirk Hospital, Joe died two days later in his mother's arms.
The heartbroken mum found the flowers had been torn up and thrown away. Ornaments and an urn were missing from the grave and a small fence had been knocked down. Helen said: "I couldn't bear the thought of that happening to somebody else, or happening to Joe again. It would break me if I found him like that again.
