Mum's horror as boy is hurt in trolley escalator accident at Asda
A MUM watched on in horror as her four-year-old son was "pinned" between an escalator and trolley at Asda.mum, 42, said her boy suffered facial injuries, and skin was pulled from his shoulder amid the "scary" ordeal.
